Salon Policy
Late Arrivals
The time that you schedule at Beauty Within is reserved for you alone. We know how important your time is and take that seriously meaning we never over-book or double-book clients and therefore try to keep on schedule. We’re rarely able to accommodate clients who arrive in excess of 15 minutes late, or add additional services to a scheduled appointment.
Arriving for your Appointment
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we have a waiting area in our reception where your therapist will come to welcome you. Please be aware that sometimes our therapists are working in the salon alone so may need to lock the internal door, but rest assured they will be with you as soon as they can.
Cancellations and No Shows
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide at least 48hrs notice to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who “no show” will be charged the full value of the treatment. Clients with multiple cancellations and reschedules may be asked to pay a
deposit for future bookings. We are aware this may seem strict however we cannot stress how damaging
no-shows are to a small business such as ours.

Our Gel Polish Guarantee
We pride ourselves in gel polish treatments, with most of our clients benefitting from weeks of chip-free, high-shine nails. We offer a 7 day guarantee on all our gel polish treatments meaning that if you chip them within this time frame please let us know and we will get you in as soon as possible to a complimentary repair.
